• General information

YLN orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. As every order is unique, shipping costs will vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen items. For those last minute purchases, Express delivery is available to most destinations and Same Day delivery is offered in select cities.

Depending on your location, we also offer a Flat Shipping Fee for orders above the following thresholds: 100 GBP, 150 USD, 140 EUR, 215 AUD, 200 CAD, 10000 RUB, 18000 JPY, 1000 CNY, 180000 KRW, 215 SGD, 150 CHF, 2500 MXN, 1200 HKD and 580 BRL.

This means you can purchase multiple pieces from multiple locations for one shipping fee. The amount of the Flat Shipping Fee is based on the lowest price shipping option available for the item in your order, which travels the farthest to reach you.

All relevant delivery options available for your order and to your destination will be displayed at checkout.

• Shipping Times:

DHL EXPRESS: Europe: delivery within 2-4 days. Rest of the world: delivery within 3-7 days

UPS STANDARD: Only available within Europe: delivery within 5-7 days

UPS EXPRESS SAVER: Most of Europe and USA: delivery within 2-4 days. Rest of the world: delivery within 3-7 days

DUTIES & TAXES

Delivery duties are included in the item price. All import duties are included in your order – the price you see is the price you pay.

• SHIPPING TO USA

For international orders shipped to customers in the US, please be aware that US Customs may ask for your IRS, EIN or SSN number before enabling delivery to your address. At YLN, our staff and devices do not have control or store over this legal request. You will normally have one week to provide this information before your order is returned to the YLN partner for a refund.

ORDER TRACKING

After placing an order, you will receive an email from us containing all the details of your purchase. We may also be in touch if we need further information to verify your payment. Once your order is approved, the relevant YLN partner will aim to dispatch it within 2 business days.

Depending on your location, delivery will normally take 2-7 business days from dispatch. We’ll be sure to keep you updated with tracking information and an estimated arrival date. You can also follow the delivery progress under ‘My Orders’ in your YLN account.

If you order from multiple YLN partners, please keep in mind that your items will arrive separately. While we aim to always deliver within the specified times, we aren’t responsible for delays due to customs clearance or failed payment approval.

CANCELLATIONS

As your purchase will be prepared quickly for dispatch, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible to cancel or make any changes to an order. While we’re unable to cancel an order once it has been processed by a YLN partner, we offer a Free Returns service.
