Do I need an account to place an order?
An email address is all you need to start the order process. We recommend that you register or a YLN account so that you can start adding your favourite pieces to your wishlist and easily place an order.
I have forgotten my password: what should I do?
Simply follow the 'Forgot your password?’ link on our Sign in page and enter your email address. You’ll then receive an email to reset your password.
How do I receive YLN email updates?
Stay informed of new arrivals, trends and exclusive promotions by entering your email address under ‘Subcribe’ at the bottom of our homepage. Email preferences can be easily managed under ‘My Account’.
How do I place an order on your site?
Placing an order is easy at YLN. Here’s how:
- Choose a category from the top navigation menu or search to explore a specific style or trend.
- Select the size of your item and click ‘Add to Cart’. Once you have finished adding your items, proceed to checkout under ‘Summary’.
- Sign in to your account if you have not done so already. If you do not have an account, simply enter your email address to proceed.
- Enter your address and payment information and select a delivery method to complete your order. Once your purchase is confirmed, it will be carefully prepared and shipped to you. We’ll be sure to keep you updated every step of the way.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Our friendly Customer Service Advisors are happy to assist you in placing your order over the phone.
Where can I find size & fit advice?
Size Chart is included with each Product Details.
Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
As your purchase will be prepared quickly for dispatch, please contact our Customer Service Advisors as soon as possible to cancel or make changes to an order. Unfortunately, we are unable to add items to an existing order but we welcome you to place a new order for any additional pieces. Further information on canceling an order can be found in our Return & Refunds Policy.

Are you going to have my size again?
To be notified if a sold-out item becomes available again, leave us a message via Chat Box or Contact Us.
Besides, we have “Made-To-Measure” that will be available soon to serve you.
Can I reserve an item to buy later?
We aim to provide a fair opportunity to shop our most in-demand styles and as items are often limited, reservations are unavailable. As a result, placing an item in your shopping bag or wishlist does not reserve it.
Are YLN items authentic?
Our offering is expertly curated from the brand Yvette Libby N’guyen Paris and we guarantee all items are authentic. Authenticity book and serial numbers are always included with your item.
How will my order be packaged?
Your order will be carefully packaged in a premium YLN box to ensure it arrives to you in great condition.
How much will I be charged for shipping?
Every YLN order is unique so our shipping costs vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen items. This information will appear at the checkout.
Do you offer same day delivery?
We offer a same day delivery service in some of the world’s major cities – including Paris and Ho Chi Minh City when you shop from us in that city. Simply order before 11 am to receive the delivery that same day, and after 11 am for the next business day.
When will I receive my item and how can I track delivery?
We will keep you updated with tracking information and an estimated delivery date. You can also follow the progress in your YLN account under ‘My Orders’. If you ordered from multiple YLN partners, please bear in mind that your items will arrive separately.
Can I collect my order?
You may be able to collect your order from a convenient location near you. If available, we will confirm when your package is shipped and then ready for collection.
Will shipping & duties be refunded on return?
The original amount that you have paid will be included in your refund.
If you have shipped an order to a DAP (Delivery At Place) country/region, taxes and duties are non-refundable through YLN. You may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs office directly. If you have shipped an order to a DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) destination, taxes and duties are refundable through YLN.
Can I return my customized (MADE-TO-MEASURE) item?
Due to the nature of customized orders, and the fact that they have been specially created for you, we will not be able to accept returns.
Exception to the right of withdrawal
The exercise of the right of withdrawal is excluded for the following contracts:
- contracts for the supply of goods made up to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized;
- contracts for the supply of goods liable to deteriorate or expire quickly;
- contracts for the supply of goods which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection;
- contracts for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software when they have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery;
